Part II: Chapter 2 ‐ The Personality Match
strives to build good relationships with other people. Like
the red type, he is rather extraverted.
• The green type is more introverted. He can be described as
steady, attentive, compassionate and patient. He is
considered to be steady and reliable and is concerned about
the well-being of his fellow human beings, with whom he would
like to establish a relationship that is as tension-free and
cooperative as possible. He loves an environment that offers
security.
• The blue guy is conscientious and walks carefully, prudently
and precise. He therefore questions information and prefers
to think things through once too often rather than reproach
himself for not having acted carefully enough. He is
analytical and introverted, which is why he often appears
aloof. He is dismissive of authority.
Always question assessments
The following applies to all descriptions: If a character trait is
too strongly marked, a supposed strength can turn into a weakness.
Examples are:
• The goal-oriented dominance of the red person leads to the
fact that he does not listen properly to his interlocutor, because
he wants to reach the goal he has set for himself quickly. He
loses sight of possible alternative actions and decisions and is
often inclined to rush toward a goal alone - and forgets to bring
possible partners on board.
• Due to his open and proactive nature, the yellow type often
appears pushy to other people, and a certain naivety and
superficiality cannot be denied.
