What really makes people tick and what companies really need

His posture expresses self-confidence: With his head raised, he tries
to look down on you, or at least condescendingly. He usually takes up
a lot of space, sitting with his legs wide apart on a sofa, sprawling in
an armchair, and always has room around him even in a large crowd.
He does not like to show his feelings - except for his anger.
Expressing it is no problem for him. When others dawdle, make him
wait, waste his time with unimportant things, his displeasure quickly
shows on his face. If he is unrestrained, he gives free rein to his anger
and sometimes yells at others. If he is more in control, then his
counterpart will feel the anger in a more sublime way, be it in the form
of teasing or cynical remarks.
The Red likes a businesslike atmosphere. He furnishes his home
as functionally as possible, owns modern technical equipment and
prefers to do without any frills and too much decor. If possible, his
office is furnished in such a way that the boss is immediately
recognizable: large, heavy furniture or expensive designer goods.
Certainly, he has a large desk on which he can arrange everything
clearly and which also provides enough distance to an interlocutor.
