Part II: Chapter 2 ‐ The Personality Match
A yellow type is usually guided by his feelings and is sky-high
and sad to death, but mostly first- res. He is a fundamentally
cheerful person and nothing pulls him down that easily. When things
get really bad, he can fall into deep holes, but he doesn't stay in
them for long. Mainly because his gaze is usually directed towards
the future. There he always sees new opportunities and new
perspectives. Did something go wrong? Never mind, it's sure to work
out next time! With his uncomplaining nature, he is able to motivate
others. At work, he impresses with his creativity. He has hundreds of
ideas, and many of them are really good. He is inspired by
something in his environment and already he has an idea how to
transfer it to his own company. However, he doesn't pursue all of his
ideas to the end. He is easily distracted, and no sooner has he spun
one idea than the next one comes to him. Others are supposed to
implement them. He doesn't like to sit at his desk for long periods of
time, but needs people around him, talks to colleagues, is always
up to date information.
The green personality type: reliable confidant and caring
family man
This introverted type is compassionate and patient, steady and
reliable. With his fellow men he wants to establish a tension-free
and cooperative relationship. In doing so, he is pressed for
consistency and security. He deals a lot with the relationship level
between people and can get involved with others. He is very reliable,
polite, but also reserved. With his taciturn nature, he has difficulty
motivating and inspiring others. In addition, he radiates a
fundamental indecisiveness and skepticism. This makes it difficult to
get a clear statement from him. He likes to keep all doors open for
himself.
