• "Can I help you?
• "We should also take into account what XY just said."
His body language is covered, he does not use big gestures and does
not contort his face in lively facial expressions. His posture will always
express some defensiveness, such as folded arms or crossed legs.
But he also radiates a lot of composure and inner peace, sits there
without rocking, swaying, but as if he is resting in himself - even if this
is not true. If he has opened up, he can approach others very cordially.
Then his posture radiates responsiveness.
Most of the time he hides his emotions and shows them only in the
closest circle of family and friends - especially since he is a family
man anyway. Yet he does have a lot of feelings. But he thinks it is
better not to express them so clearly to strangers or casual
acquaintances. He fears that others might take advantage of him and
that this would put him at a disadvantage. Outwardly, he radiates calm
and composure. His greatest strength is his compassion for others.
He can put himself in their shoes and really understand what they
want.
On the job, he is a very steady worker who likes to have his routine,
needs familiar structures and prefers to know what to expect. He is
very reliable and ideal for teamwork: He balances opposites, seeks
compromises, and even puts his own needs aside for the group once
in a while. He is very empathetic and of the four color types can best
understand what is going on in others and respond to it. Therefore,
he is strong in all professions that require this ability.
