What really makes people tick and what companies really need
When he works on a project, he first makes a plan and then delves
deeper and deeper. That takes time; he's not one for snapshots. He
thinks hard, checks out all sides and develops alternatives and
options that others would never have thought of. What the yellow guy
achieves through creative ideas, he achieves through thorough
thinking. The only difference is that he then also knows how to
implement the whole thing. But he is not a future thinker. He always
starts from the experiences made so far, therefore he does not have
absolutely new, revolutionary ideas.
Off to self-reflection!
• In order to get a feeling for the personality traits of the basic
types, you should now try to assign yourself and (for
example) your colleagues, employees and customers to one
of the basic types.
• You have read the descriptions of the color types. Use the
vocabulary you have learned in the exercise. You will notice
how you become more and more familiar with the terminology -
this is the basic prerequisite for being able to match effectively
later.
