The motivator's strengths and weaknesses
His ability is to win others over to the goals he has set for himself. He
likes to lead other people, but not by giving them instructions, but by
pulling them along. This is because he has great relational strength.
He has his goals or those of his company clearly in mind and is
determined to achieve them. He wants to make his own decisions, but
he involves others in the process.
The Motivator can relate very well to other people. This is a very
good prerequisite for successful contacts with other people. He has
great intuition and the ability to listen. Both enable him to understand
other people and to find out quickly how to deal with them in order to
achieve his goals. He easily wins the sympathy of other people. He is
very eloquent and can convince others excellently. He has a
tremendously positive charisma, which is transmitted to others.
