Part II: Chapter 2 ‐ The Personality Match
He has no stage fright or self-doubt, is full of optimism and basically
assumes that he can win others over.
An Inspirator is motivated by new projects, new acquaintances,
new ideas. He likes to have a free space in which he can manage his
own time. When he feels inspired, he can create unique ideas or paint
visions. He does not see the problems, but always the opportunities
and possibilities. The implementation of the ideas, however, is not the
Inspirator's business. He is erratic and gets bogged down in his many
activities. Thus, many of his good ideas fizzle out. His optimism
sometimes leads him to see reality too rosy and to underestimate the
scope of emerging difficulties. In addition: He always wants to meet
new people, so he does not attach any importance to intensive, deep
friendships.
