What really makes people tick and what companies really need
However, the motivator is sometimes too optimistic and is
unaware of reality. He then has to realize that his optimistic forecasts
do not stand up to reality on closer analysis. People who are very
objective and do not express their feelings bore him. It is difficult for
him to keep his mind on the matter at hand. It is also easy for him to
talk too much and not pay attention to other people. He needs a lot of
variety and always new projects. He also needs people around him
whom he can win over to his ideas and plans.
