The supporter's strengths and weaknesses He has relational
strength and does the best job when he receives clear instructions
and is in a manageable and constant environment. He is reliable
and performs his work loyally. The Supporter takes time to get in
touch with other people, but then he is ready to work selflessly and
dedicatedly for them. At first glance, he appears reserved and
mistrustful. He looks at other people carefully before he gets in
contact with them. However, he can develop very close relationships
with a small group of people - which is why he is an excellent team
worker.
He is not comfortable with speeches in front of large audiences
and negotiations with previously unknown business partners. He
cannot cope with change at all and needs a lot of time to adjust to it.
A supporter is motivated by routine, manageability and calmness. He
vehemently supports everything that corresponds to his values and
convictions.
