The strengths and weaknesses of the reformer
This type needs a clear goal and is able to work on difficult contexts
even under time pressure. His drive for perfection and his will to
implement dominate. He is also a thinker. He closes the circle to the
director and, like him, has great ambition and the will to always be
first. The refor- mer always wants to see results - and they should be
as first-class as possible. He combines perfectionism with
decisiveness and a competitive mindset. He knows his goals and
does not get lost in the details. At the same time, he is very well
organized and structured. He approaches his projects with
determination and is very competitive. He can think quickly and
astutely and concentrate one hundred percent on what he is doing.
His claim to be perfect and the first on the market at the same
time sometimes resembles squaring the circle. It frustrates the
reformer that he cannot consider everything and plan in advance.
He is reluctant to take risks. Dealing with people is not his strong
point. He is interested in success and puts the cause first. He is
motivated by victories and successes. If he actually succeeds in
bringing a first-class product to market first, that is the greatest
motivation for his work.
