Part II: Chapter 2 ‐ The Personality Match
or posters pointing out his successes or uplifting messages. Often
it also has a large bulletin board, for example, for organizational
charts and plans.
In his job, he is a "doer" - he wants to determine what is done and
then enforces it. He sets himself clear goals that are always a bit
higher than those of others. He then focuses only on the result, shows
little consideration for his fellow human beings and is not necessarily
liked by them because of this - but he usually doesn't care. He does
not intentionally trample on the feelings of others - because he does
not want to harm them. But he wants to push through his goals, and
these are more important to him than the interests and feelings of
others.
The yellow personality type: eloquent speaker and inspiring
visionary
This extraverted type is sociable, cheerful and open. He has a
positive charisma and wants to build good relationships with people.
The Yellow loves to make new acquaintances. He is creative and as
a visionary he likes to realize his dreams. He likes to chat about this
and that before he gets down to business. His suggestions and
ideas are often ingenious, but sometimes unrealistic. His
adversaries are the detail-minded, who don't get carried away by
his enthusiasm and verve, but question his castles in the air until they
collapse. However: the yellow guy sometimes seems superficial.
He rarely takes responsibility for certain decisions. Especially not
when something goes wrong. He loves a collegial, easy-going
environment in which everyone can express themselves freely.
However, this can lead to agreements not being taken seriously
and assigned tasks not being carried out in a goal-oriented manner.
He does not stay long on a subject; if he has not understood
something exactly, he does not ask about it, but passes over the
matter lightly. Above all, he wants to tell quite a lot himself.
