Question RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Review baking process for the leiny dog and improve consistency of the pretzel layer. Also check temperature of the warmer as the dog
was just luke warm, Mrs. Shopper would have preferred it to be hotter.
2) Mr. and Mrs. Shopper both noticed all the stanchions in front of most of the concourse concession locations. They both had commented in
the past that long lines in front of the food locations created congestion in hallways. It really helped control the lines and opened up space
for fans to walk during half time. A great improvement.
3) Craft beer is becoming more and more popular and it is wonderful to have those options at Ford Field. I would recommend that the staff
working those stands be knowledgeable about the selections being offered.
4) The Local food selections gives fans great options and variety throughout the stadium, it is really nice to be able to have healthier
alternatives to standard stadium food.
5) Observed long lines and wait times during Half Time, a few guests "gave up" at Pretzel Hastings and walked away. It would be helpful to
have more staff at the concessions during this rush period if possible.
6) Tried to get beer after the third quarter outside of section 226, all beer stands were closed, Bud Light etc.
7) We did not see a Rocket Man in 226 at all during the game.
8) The food/drink lines during halftime were extremely long. It would be convenient if vendors could help sell quick food items by your seat
so that you don't have to wait in line. Also, scheduling additional employees at certain concessions stands to help the cashiers would help
speed up the process.
9) I would recommend assigning a staff member to keep the condiments stands neat and orderly.
