When Ms. Shopper went on www.DetroitLions.com, she was impressed to see information flashing at the top about heavy traffic on the 24th due to a Tigers game
also. This was very useful information.
2 Section/Location: Detroit Lions.com
Ms. Shopper searched on www.DetroitLions.com for a couple of details about game day (bag policy, concessions). Each time Ms. Shopper searched for something,
the information popped right up and was very easy to navigate through.
3 Section/Location: Detroit Lions Mobile App Time:
Ms. Shopper couldn't believe all the information on the App. There is definitely a lot of information. The interactive map is a great idea, just not sure how many
people are aware that it is there with menu's and prices.

Ms. Shopper received the emails prior to the game and then after. She felt they were colorful and engaging. They contained important information but didn't seem
too overwhelming.
2 Section/Location: fordfield.com/events/seating-map Time:
Ms. Shopper was curious as to where her seats were located. She went to the website. She could not read the section numbers, then in trying to pull up the larger
view, the numbers were still blurry. If you download the map the map becomes easier to read, although the pinkish food icons are blurry.
3 Section/Location: Fordfield.com vs Detroitlions.com
Ms. Shopper feels the Detroitlions.com page is engaging and eye-catching. The Fordfield.com initial page does not give the same feel until you start scrolling down,
then you see a lot more information. It seems the initial view should be more eye-catching.

Leading up to the game, there were many posts on Instagram building up the game day excitement. Some likes were passed 10,000 which seemed very favorable.
