Mr. Shopper went to first aid looking for medicine for a headache. Sherry introduced herself and asked if he wanted Tylenol or ibuprofen. She took his
information, gave him medicine and water and asked if he wanted ear plugs because the stadium is louder this year.

Mrs. Shopper needed a band aid for a small cut. Lisa introduced herself, showed her two sizes of band aids and gave her 4 smaller size band aids. She did not take
any information. She then told Mrs. Shopper to stop back if she needed anytime if she needed anything else.
3 Section/Location: First Aid Section 113 Staff Name: Doretha Time: 1:36PM
Mrs. Shopper asked for ear plugs. Doretha introduced herself and gave her the ear plugs. She did not take any information. Doretha told Mrs. Shopper to come
back if she needed anything else.
4 Section/Location: First Aid Section 133 Staff Name: Jeff Time: 2:46PM
Mrs. Shopper asked for aspirin for a headache and Jeff told her he had Tylenol and Motrin. He gave her the medicine and said she could help herself to a water
from the fridge. Jeff took her information and asked about allergies.
5 Section/Location: First Aid Section 133 Staff Name: Jeff Time: 3:45PM
Jeff remembered Mrs. Shopper when she returned to First Aid. He asked if her headache was better and she told him it was but that her knee was still bothering
her and asked if he might have ice. He got an icepack, activated it, and asked if Mrs. Shopper needed anything else.

Mr. Shopper witnessed the EMT's outside under a tent, ready to assist fans in the hot heat. It was comforting to see the EMT's ready to assist.
2 Section/Location: First Aid Section 133 Staff Name: Jeff Time: 1:50PM
Jeff was very friendly and helpful, went in for a blister and was provided with a band aid, and a few to go just in case the first one fell off. He did not ask for any
information.
3 Section/Location: First Aid 113 Time: 1:30PM
It was nice to see the First Aid station doors open, it made me feel comfortable being able to walk right in, I would keep the "open door policy".
