1 Section/Location: Kiosk Gate A Staff Name: Farm Time: 1:45PM
The staff member, Farm was very nice. We asked about an item not at the main store and she explained that the kiosk would not have any items not found at the
main store.
2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 12:40PM
There was a line at the main store before the game so we decided not to go in. We felt we would miss the kick-off.
3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 3:00PM
There was a line at the main store at Half Time so we decided not to go in.
Shopper 3
1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 12:30 PM
When we entered the stadium, our first stop was at The Stadium Collection retail store. There was a line wrapped around outside and people looking agitated
standing in line so we decided to wait until later on in the game.
2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Staff Name: Taya Time: 1:30 PM
We were able to walk right into the retail store this time. I asked Taya about a men's sweater that I saw when I came to a game last season. She assisted by walking
around the men's section and pulling out numerous zip up's and sweatshirts, which to all I proceeded by telling her that wasn't it. Taya mentioned that there is new
merchandise at every game and to check back next time. After she was finished helping me, she came back up with another sweatshirt that she had found, which
wasn't it. She was very helpful and really wanted me to find what I was looking for!

3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: During game
While walking around the stadium, there didn't seem to be many fans enjoying the retail kiosks. Those appeared to be pretty empty, while the main store was very
busy. Would it be an option to have a second larger store for the fans?
