Question
1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection 129 Staff Name: Mario Time: 2:45PM
Mr. Shopper was looking at merchandise in The Stadium Collections store outside section 129. Mario approached him and was very helpful in finding the size Mr.
Shopper was looking for and then put the merchandise back when he told Mario he forgot that his wife had his credit card.
2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection 233 Staff Name: no tag Time: 12:23PM
Mrs. Shopper observed a display of the youth football at the front of the store with a sign indicating it was the item of the game and the price. She also saw an
employee tossing the football in the air to draw attention to it and telling customers about the special. She was doing a good job promoting the item of the game.
3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Staff Name: Nicole Time: 2:15PM
Mrs. Shopper entered the store at 2:15PM and it was about half full. She commented on Nicole's earrings and asked where to find some like them. Nicole explained
they were from last year but there were a couple of styles available this year. She then took Mrs. Shopper by the hand and walked her over to the jewelry display
and pointed out the earrings. She also asked if there was anything else Mrs. Shopper was looking for. Mrs. Shopper appreciated the personal attention Nicole paid
to her and her help in finding the earrings.
4 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Staff Name: Breonna Time: 2:38PM
Mrs. Shopper got in line at 2:20PM with about 24 people ahead of her. There were six registers open and two more were opened while Mrs. Shopper was in line for
a total of eight. Breonna waited on her and while she smiled and made eye contact with Mrs. Shopper, she did not talk to her or try to upsell her or tell her about
the game day special item but did tell her to enjoy the game. In all Mrs. Shopper was in line for about 10 minutes to make her purchase.
5 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Gate A Time: 2:45PM
By the time Mrs. Shopper left the store, the second quarter had ended and the store was filling up. She counted 160+ people in line already waiting to enter the
store. It looked like the store was going to be very busy during half time!
6 Section/Location: Stadium Collection Stores Time: throughout game
Mrs. Shopper looked for the Live radios at every store and kiosk she visited. Most had the radio displayed at or near eye level so it was easy to find. In the main
store near Gate A in the checkout line it was displayed in the lowest shelf and was difficult to find. It was displayed higher up in another section of the store, but it
seemed as though it should be displayed higher up in the check out line so customers would notice it and perhaps add it on to their order. Mr. Shopper used the
radio during the game and really liked it. There were no delays between the radio and the action in the game. A fan seated next to Mr. Shopper asked him about
the radio and ended up buying one himself!
