Question RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The stanchion ropes in front of the registers were confusing. It appears the ropes were just separating the line from the merchandise area so people
looking at or trying on jerseys would not interfere with the line of customers waiting to checkout. Some more rope and someone to direct guests
would be helpful. Mrs. Shopper observed many guests ducking under the ropes to get out of line to exit the store. And some guests, like Mrs. Shopper
had to duck under the ropes to get into the queuing line.
2) I would recommend letting additional guests into the main store during the rush times before the game and at half time to capture more sales.

3) I would recommend having larger retail kiosks throughout the stadium to encourage fans to shop at the kiosks and reduce the lines at the main
store.
4) I suggest more staff for the waiting line to chat up the guests as they wait.
