Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: Gate B, Entrance to Pride Plaza Staff Name: Marcel and Larry Time: 10:27AM
Marcel and Larry welcomed Mr. & Mrs. Shopper to Ford Field. When they asked for directions to Will Call to pick up their tickets, Marcel and Larry worked together
as a team to answer their questions. Both were polite and professional.
2 Section/Location: Pride Plaza near entrance Staff Name: Sonia Time: 10:31AM
Sonia, a SAFE team member, welcomed Mr. & Mrs. Shopper to Ford Field. She explained the smoking and alcohol policy changes due to the Tigers game and told us
that we could bring our drinks in with us (a bottled water and diet coke) but would not be able to bring them into the stadium. She then wished them a good day.
Sonia was very friendly and made Mr. & Mrs. Shopper feel welcome.
3 Section/Location: Pride Plaza near entrance Time: 10:30AM
The large sign on the truck parked near Gate B explained the clear bag policy. Mr. & Mrs. Shopper were fortunate enough to have a SAFE employee tell us about the
policy, but this made the policy clearly visible. It would be helpful if there were information on the sign telling people how to check their bag if it did not meet the
guidelines or offer compliant bags for sale out side the stadium. Mrs. Shopper had purchased a compliant bag at a previous Lions game so she met the policy
guidelines.
4 Section/Location: Pride Plaza near Gate A Staff Name: Lakisha Time: 10:58AM
Mrs. Shopper observed LaKisha, a SAFE team member, telling a fan he could not bring his drink outside of Brush street. She was very polite but firm and he
immediately turned around and finished his beer. She handled the situation well.
5 Section/Location: Security Gate near Will Call Staff Name: Le Juan (?) Time: 10:48AM -11:00AM
Le Juan ? (could not read tag so Mrs. Shopper had to ask his name) checked Mrs. Shoppers bag when she had to enter the secure area in front of will call to get her
ticket. He was very polite and friendly and let her take her opened water bottle in with her since she was not entering the stadium but just picking up her ticket. He
told her she would not be able to bring it into the stadium. Mr. Shopper also had a positive experience with Le Juan when he went to pick up his ticket so it appears
Le Juan is a consistently nice guy!
6 Section/Location: Text Assist Section 125 Staff Name: Nancy Time: 3:42PM to 3:54PM
Mrs. Shopper used Text Assist to report she had spilled a bottle of water near a trash can and was worried someone might step in it and slip. Four minutes later
Nancy arrived looking for the spill and could not find it. Mrs. Shopper showed Nancy the spill. Nancy did not have anything with her to clean up a spill and left. Mrs.
Shopper then went to the ladies room and when she left she saw the spill was being taken care of at 3:54PM. If Nancy had brought pads with her to clean the spill
when she first arrived it would have been taken care of sooner.
