1 Section/Location: Pride Plaza at entrance at Gate B Staff Name: Lakisha Time: 10:50AM
Lakisha was welcoming fans as they walked through the entrance at Pride Plaza and mentioned there was no smoking due to the Tigers game that day. She was
apologetic, but her overall tone welcomed people to Ford Field. Again her tone was very cheerful and energietic.

2 Section/Location: Gate G Staff Name: Jose Time: 11:09AM
Jose was outside of Gate G, as we approached he asked if we were club members, when we were not he pointed us to the next set of doors. He was very polite and
helpful.
3 Section/Location: Entrance near Gate G Time: 11:12AM
Ms. Shopper placed her phone and small purse in the tray, before she went through the security check. She left her keys in her pocket which included a key fob and
five keys on a key ring. The metal detector did not go off, she walked right through. Ms. shopper was concerned she was able to walk through without the detector
going off or a staff member noticing.
4 Section/Location: Bottom of Esculator Gate A Staff Name: Salvador Time: 11:44AM
Salvador was very engaged with the fans as they were going up on the esculator and walking by. He was talking to everyone and joking around with the Falcon Fans
who passed by. His entusiam was fantastic.
5 Section/Location: Top of Esculator Gate A Staff Name: Siri Time: 11:45AM
Siri was at the top of the esculator. She was not as receptive to the fans exiting off the esculator as fans who entered onto the esculator.

RECOMMENDATIONS
1) The lines moved fast and efficiently at Gate B so I would recommend keeping the staffing levels as is to keep up with the traffic.
2) It was a very hot day and warm in the stadium, if possible I would have water stations set up in the stadium, more than just the water fountains.

3) Getting into the stadium was a breeze at Gate C. It was extremely hot out and fans were ready to get out of the sun and inside. Ford Field did a
great job of getting people inside.
