Question
1 Section/Location: Flash Seat App
This was the first time that I have used the Flash Seats app. It was very easy to use and I also really liked that you can transfer a ticket to another person. Mr.
Shopper was worried that he wouldn't have his own ticket, in case he needed to get up from his seat, so it was great to have this feature.
2 Section/Location: Ticket Sales Staff Name: Greg
I called the Ticket Sales Number, inquiring about a suite for the Lions vs. Bears game in December. After being on hold for about 30 seconds, I was on the line with
Greg. He was very informative and walked me through the process of renting a suite. For that game, he mentioned it would be around $700 per person, depending
on the location of the suite.
3 Section/Location: detroitlions.com
Ms. Shopper went to www.DetroitLions.com and proceeded to purchase tickets. It was a very easy process and she would choose to use the website in the future
to order tickets through.

Ms. Shopper's friend went to the inside ticket window at Gate A. She was inquiring about a suite for an upcoming game. Chris was able to say that there were
some available it just depended on the game. Chris was able to provide Ms. Shopper with the information she needed to make her decision. He was very friendly
and helpful.
3 Section/Location: Gate A Staff Name: Eric Time: 1:46PM
Eric was a great help. I told him that we needed to be relocated because I can not look through the glass. He said "I totally understand" and gave us new seats. The
process was very quick and efficient.
