Question
1 Section/Location: 226 Staff Name: Danielle Time: 1:10 PM
When we approached section 226, I went up to the usher (Danielle) and asked if she could help me find my seat. She mentioned that she doesn't normally work in
this area, but walked down to check and see which row we were in and also which side we should enter from. She was very helpful and wanted to make sure we
found our exact seats.
2 Section/Location: 112
While at the concessions / restrooms around section 112, Ms. Shopper saw a man numerous times with no shirt on. He was walking around the concession area and
then appeared to walk down to his seat around section 112. No staff member stopped him about his appearance. Ms. Shopper overheard a family commenting on
his attire and demeanor.
3 Section/Location: 108 - 112
The ushers were very visible and were easy to find if a fan needed assistance with anything. There large white cards helped them locate areas for fans as well.

1 Section/Location: Ushers Time: 12:50PM
Ms. Shopper noticed the Ushers were wearing lanyards with large white cards. She noticed they were referring to them of information. This seemed to work well as
they didn't have to look through several sheets of paper that had been rolled up in their back pocket.
2 Section/Location: 315 Staff Name: Sega Time: 1:26PM
Sega was an amazing usher. She handed us a program and showed us to our seats. She was very friendly and had a willingness to assist each guest.
3 Section/Location: 227 Staff Name: James Time: 2:19PM
James was amazing. There was a man at the end of the game that wasn't feeling very well. Ms. Shopper went to tell him to keep an eye on him. He asked us if we
felt uncomfortable and if so he would find us a new seat. He was fantastic. He cared for our well-being.
