Glenda checked Mr. & Mrs. Shopper's tickets and allowed them to enter even though they were one section over due to not many fans being in their seats yet. She
showed the section to enter if they needed to leave and re-enter during the game. She also gave Mrs. Shopper a roster card and told them about the light show and
pointed out on the card where to read to find out how to participate.
2 Section/Location: 132 Staff Name: John Time: 3:48PM
Observed Usher John politely but firmly remove a fan who had snuck into the ADA area. The fan complained that he was only standing there to see the game while
his buddy was using the restroom and John told him he had to have a ticket to be in that area and asked him to leave. He also pointed out a monitor the fan could
watch to see the game if he wanted to.
3 Section/Location: 132 Staff Name: John & Jasmine Time: 4:04PM
Mrs. Shopper asked Jasmine where the nearest smoking area was located. She tried to find it on a map but couldn't so she asked John, another usher in that area,
where the closest smoking area was. John pulled Mrs. Shopper to the side and pointed out the smoking area and also showed Jasmine so she'd know in the future.
It appeared Jasmine was fairly new and John was helping her learn. They worked well together.

Lance very politely asked us to wait until the play was over to go to our seats.

2 Section/Location: 226 Staff Name: Danielle Time: 1:30PM
Danielle was very nice and helped direct us to our seats.
