Question RECOMMENDATIONS

1) Recommend using ropes to organize the line as well as a SAFE or Guest Services representative to guide people in line to the ticket windows would
be helpful in reducing wait times and ease frustration in the Will Call process.

2) Flash Seats is a great app that I would recommend using. It was very easy to download the app and tickets, transfer tickets to anyone sitting with
me, and it was easy to show security when entering the stadium.

3) I believe a bigger sign for the in house box office would be helpful near Gate A.
