Ms. Shopper asked one gentleman if he had tickets, he called his friend over. He came to me, I was asking for two tickets, he offered two for Section 332 Row 13
seat 2 and 3 for $100 each. When I turned them down he did not pressure me, he continued to try to sell what he had to others.
2 Section/Location: 116 / Quick Lane Bowl Table Staff Name: Michelle Time: 11:26AM
Ms. Shopper approached the Quick Lane Table, Michelle greeted her with a smile. As Ms. Shopper looked at the information, she asked if I wanted to guess at next
week's MSU vs Iowa final game score to win a prize. Ms. Shopper asked about tickets for the bowl and Michelle explained the 50% off promotion. Michelle was
very professional and explained the promotion very clearly. Ms. Shopper received an email the next morning (Monday) regarding the promotion.

3 Section/Location: 111 Ticket Window Inside Staff Name: Nate? Time: 2:19PM
Ms. Shopper approached the ticket window, there was no line. Ms. Shopper asked if there were four tickets available for the next game. She stated they were
looking for something not too expensive. He quoted $90 each for four in the end zone, third deck. At the time Ms. Shopper was asking a touchdown was scored
and the stadium was loud. Ms. Shopper passed on the tickets and Nate stated, enjoy the game.
4 Section/Location: 313-262-2222 Time: 9/29 @ 1:34PM
Ms. Shopper called 313-262-2222, there was an automatic greeting stating we reached Detroit Lions Sales. Various prompts were given for season tickets premium
groups, etc. Ms. Shopper selected #2. A voicemail automatically came on. Ms. Shopper left a message and a call was returned at 4:28PM by Matt. Ms. Shopper
missed the return call.
5 Section/Location: 877-212-8898 Time: 9/29 @ 1:37PM
Ms. Shopper then called 877-212-8898. An automatic message came on stating, "thank you for calling Ford Field the home of the Detroit Lions." Several prompts
were given, actually the same as above. Since it was the same recording Ms. Shopper did not leave a message.
