As we were walking past the retail stand, a woman was ringing up a guest. She was very nice and told the lady to enjoy the game. The stand was very tidy.

2 Section/Location: Kiosk Section 344 Staff Name: Antonio Time: 1:40PM
Antonio was chatting around with the customer about all of the teams in the NFL. The stand was very neat and clean. He was very personable.

3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 2:50PM
The line to enter the store was VERY long, about 60 people, we decided not to wait.

1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 12:15PM
Prior to the start of the game, Ms. Shopper was about to enter The Stadium Collection but the line was almost to the first concession stand area. Ms. Shopper felt
the line was too long for her to really be able to look and then get to her seats for the pre-game show.
2 Section/Location: Kiosk Section 110 Staff Name: Mary Time: 12:10PM
Mary approached Ms. Shopper and pointed out the football on sale for $10. She offered her assistance if we had any questions. There was a willingness to help.

3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Staff Name: Jacob Time: 2:11PM
Ms. Shopper was able to enter The Stadium Collection, even though it was busy, there was no line to enter. The store seemed more spacious than last year. Ms.
Shopper asked about getting a jersey made, he directed her to the rear of the store. Ms. Shopper waited for assistance. Ms. Shopper asked how the process
worked, a fan was helping to explain and then Jacob explained the touch screen process. Jacob was very patient with all the questions Ms. Shopper asked, he
smiled during the entire conversation and offered a willingness to help.
