         5.    43BSave the file in the same location and using the same name as the master document itself and add “COVER” to the end
               of the file name.



                       The template is designed to automatically center the title vertically. When you start a new cover
                       document, just delete the “(Type Title Here)” text and add your title.




        PUBLISHING YOUR MATERIAL (FT Title)


        Once you have completed the main document and a cover document, you are ready to publish the job aid to the FlipBuilder
        servers. See Creating FlipBuilder Projects from Word Documents for the steps to publish your work. (FT Body 10.5)

        CREATING A BOOKMARK (FT Heading)

         1.    Navigate to the paragraph in Word in which you want to create a bookmark link (i.e., the place in the document you
               want to allow a user to jump to).  3(FT List Numbered – for all)

         2.    From the Insert tab, select Bookmark.

         3.    In the Bookmark name box, give your bookmark pointer a short name that describes its purpose (spaces are not
               allowed in the bookmark name)

         4.    Click Add to create the bookmark reference.
