Step 3: Plan repair – when, where, how

say what s/he is going to do to repair
and when she will do this.
▪ If the answer is ‘Say sorry’, go back to
the green Needs cards – what will help
to fill the other person’s cup again? Will
‘saying sorry’ really meet the need that
was damaged?

on what to do in that situation.
