He added: We appreciate the great work done by the Federation to expand the base

of attracting talent in cooperation with clubs and various stakeholders, specifically the

Sports Federation of school and university education institutions, in light of the
inclusion of priority sports within the school games project.

Eng. Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi said: We value the efforts made by the
authority to support federations, and we are working to benefit from the technical

and digital development, in accordance with the national strategy of the digital

government of the UAE, with the aim of developing the work mechanism within the

federation, by taking advantage of modern technical methods in recording the most

accurate data on Players and tournaments, which helps to improve the mechanism of

talent selection and development, and we look forward to developing ways to

develop talent, through the use of advanced training methods that rely on increasing

the encouragement of young talents during exercises by creating useful and

enjoyable challenges for players, which contributes to increasing creativity and
accelerating the development process.
