DUBAI, 20th July, WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum, Executive Director of the Sports
Development Sector at the General Sports Authority, said that the achievements of the Jiu-Jitsu champions reflect the extent
of the great support given by the wise leadership to all sports in the country.

His Excellency pointed out that these achievements also confirm the ability of Emirati athletes to achieve leadership in
various continental and international forums, and show the great work done by the Jiu-Jitsu Federation to provide the best
ways to prepare national teams by providing players and players with sufficient experience and confidence to face the
strongest competitors.

The delegation of the national jiu-jitsu team achieved a great achievement in the World Games in Birmingham, USA, as the
team won 5 medals, two gold, one silver and two bronze, with remarkable numbers such as the hero Faisal Al Ketbi winning
gold for the second consecutive edition.
