DUBAI, 19th July, WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum, Executive Director of the Sports
Development Sector at the General Sports Authority, confirmed that the UAE is looking forward to strengthening its
presence in various international competitions in the sport of bow and arrow, which represents one of the oldest Olympic
sports.

This came during the meeting, which was held in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Saeed Musabah Al Kaabi, President of
the Emirates Arch and Arrow Federation and officials of the Federation, to introduce the Federation to the detailed steps for
building the Federation’s new strategy, which aims to enhance the opportunities for Emirati athletes to achieve more
continental and international achievements.

His Excellency Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum said during the meeting that the authority will work with the federation
through the new strategy to expand the base of playing the game among young age groups to increase the attraction of talent,
