He added that the UX Lab conveys a vital step towards eliminating

administrative complexity in government services, using optimization tools

and collaborative approaches with stakeholders. The insights gained will

support enhancements in sports sabbatical services and donate to the

goals of the Zero Government Bureaucracy program.

As part of the lab activities, six representatives from various sports entities

participated in individual one-hour sessions, checking their digital

experience and identifying areas for enhancement.

The Ministry affirmed that the UX Lab initiative aligns with its broader

mission to provide seamless, accessible, and efficient government services.
