The event featured an exhaustive simulation of the customer journey,
offering participants an opportunity to assess and consider the Ministry’s
digital services. It brought together representatives from sports federations,
the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority
(TDRA), and digital transformation and customer happiness specialists from
the Ministry.

The initiative comes as part of the UAE’s Government Services 2.0
framework and the Zero Government Bureaucracy program, aiming to
improve efficiency and simplify access to government services. Ghanim
Mubarak Al Hajeri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports, described the
UX Lab as a reevaluation of the Ministry’s dedication to delivering smart,
integrated, and user-friendly services to sports entities.
Al Hajeri stated that, “Enhancing customer experiences is one of the key
drivers behind our service design and simplification efforts.” Al Hajeri
