        Food-shaming is  never the answer,  even if you are

        disappointed with your choices. Punishing yourself
        because of your choices is  your first problem, your

        relationship with your food.


        Maybe your ex was right;  you are  terrible at

        relationships. Kidding.


        The consequences are yours, so choose wisely;  you’ve

        probably been indulging for far too long as it is. The way

        I see it, we have all this time on the Earth, and you’ve

        pretty much been eating how you want your whole life

        (even if you’ve been “on and off again” dieting); why not
        take a few weeks to  try  something different? Time  is

        passing by anyway. Just  do it. Let’s take  this time to

        make a new you, out of nowhere!


        In that case,  there are a  few things you  will need to

        know first,  such as  taking action  is the  only way to

        change.  All the talk and planning in the world mean

        nothing  without  action, yet this is one of the biggest

        missing steps in most people’s diet plans.


        Right now, you have no choice though, you’re at a fast-

        food joint,  and you don’t have time to waste, so  you

        want to make a decision that doesn’t have so many
