In regard to other sports, those that involve high intensity exercise
          (i.e.CrossFit), a keto diet is not advantageous because those activities
          require energy systems that run off of carbohydrates as the main fuel
          source. Carbs are necessary for the people participating in these sports
          as a fuel source but also for the recovery component that nutrition
