Sailboats in Red, White and Blue As recent as early 1970s (no polyester in it). eBay purchase. 82½"x93" Fabric:
Cotton. Batting: Thin and flat. Backing: Cotton. Edge: Separate blue tape, machined to front, to back by
hand. Piecing: By machine. Quilting: Six stitches per inch, in waves in blue patches, daisies and swags in
white borders, straight lines along edges of the boats. Condition: Very good, crisp, clean; one small snag in
red, one small smudge near the bottom.
