Tulip Swag 1930s. eBay purchase in 2012. 73½"x80" Fabric: Cotton. Batting: Medium weight. Backing: Cotton
muslin. Edge: A 1" tape is machined to the front and caught in back by hand. Piecing: By machine; ap-
pliqué is by hand. Quilting: By hand, 9 stitches to the inch in a grid. In addition, tulips are quilted into the
dips and under the rises in the swags around the border. Condition: Excellent. There are no discolorations.
