               Appliqué Rose Wreath Pattern is as old as the 1800s. The batting with debris could be as late as 1920s unless
               hand made later. Purchased in about 1986 in Seattle. 73"x73" Fabric: Cotton. Batting: Cotton with debris
               in it. Backing: Muslin. Edge: The same fabric as the leaves is cut on the straight grain and hand stitched
               on both sides. Piecing: Appliqued by hand, blocks joined by machine. Quilting: In circles 3", 6" and 9" in
               diameter over the entire quilt. Condition: Very good. Browning along a fold line on the back and front
               whites beginning to color.
