Baladhur – to improve memory

The fruit of the Anacardium tree brought from India
was known for its ability to improve memory and

concentration, but it could also have serious side-effects.
Thus Jerusalem sages had reservations about the

substance and espoused memorization of studies instead:
"Repeat over and over and you will not need Baladhur"
