3.1.14. RENOVATION WORKS TO SANCHALAN BHAVAN:
Sanchalan Bhavan is administration building for Secunderbad division,
which is constructed 35 years back, structural protection and re-

habitation examination has been conducted in January' 19 and report
has been prepared. The repairs are carried out as per Dr.Fixit team
report of structural and non- structural defects such as cracks,
reinforcement corrosion, spoiling of concrete, water seepages, water
leakages and dampness etc.,to enhance the life of building and safety
of employees . Cracks developed in the internal and external surface
needed to be properly filled with polymetric crack filling material.
Overall cost of the work is Rs.64,14,608.51/-.

3.1.15. DISMANTLING OF OLD QUARTERS:
Quarters which are constructed more than 50 years ago are in
dilapidated condition and became source for Anti-social activities.
Hence approval for the condemnation of 264 old quarters has been
obtained. An open auction has been conducted for dismantling &
disposing off the surplus material, taking away of all released materials
to clear site. It has generated an amount of Rs.16,94,200/- as revenue.
