3.1.6. IMPROVEMENTS TO KZJ YARD:
As a part of improving the station, the following works were taken up at
KZJ station Slewing and lifting of Line No. 1 as Track machine siding.
 Laying of 1 in 12 Scissors crossover.
 Laying of 15 nos of TWS.
 Renewal of isolated broken sleepers in P&Cs.
 Scabbed & warn out rail renewal.
 Up gradation of P&Cs from 52kg to 60kg.
 9 nos of P&Cs Deep screening done manually.
 Replacement of broken sleepers in apron at road no 1.
 Crossover corrections at 112A&B, 121A&B.
 Repairs to washable apron at washing no 1.

3.1.7. SAFETY IMPROVEMENT:

Earth work has been done by duly constructing drains and
strengthening of embankment at ADEN/TDU subdivision under safety
improvement.
