3.1.10.  DE-LAUNCHING AND LAUNCHING OF FOB :
                       Old central FOB at  Secunderabad was de-launched in a block of 10
                       hours using a crane of 150MT capacity and crane was brought inside

                       by placing sand bags in the gaps of sleepers, placing wooden planks
                       near S&T point boxes. Delaunched trussed were taken out in  dip lorries
                       and  further  taken  out  by  hydra.  Launching  of  FOB  on  PF  no  6/7  has
                       been done by using a carne of 220MT without corner weights and at a
                       radius of 19m by bringing the crane into road no 7 and removed the
                       hydrant pipe in a block of 8 hours. Further launching on PF no 8 & 10 is
                       planned by placing 400MT crane outside the station.

               3.1.12.  WORKS UNDER MGNREGS:
                      Jungle  cleaning,  cess  de  weeding,  providing  rain  water  harvesting
                      trenches  along  the  railway  boundary,  clearing  water  way  and  silt
                      removal from drains & under water bridges in MTMI-JPTN section have
                      been done under MGNREGS in the division.
