Being at choice will be accompanied by a feeling of excitement
(perhaps hidden initially by a veil of fear and/or feelings of vulnerability)
and an increased sense of freedom. You will still have an opportunity to

make a choice and, by virtue of that choice, will feel less burdened, trapped,
                or anxious.

Trusting the natural you instead of listening to your gremlin may be a
little scary at first. That’s natural. But so what? Change for a change. Risk
trusting yourself once in a while, just for fun. For goodness’ sake, please
don’t let your gremlin tell you that you should or must change. Sneaky devil
that he is, he’ll hit you with just such a paradox…the old “you shouldn’t
                have shoulds” trick.
