Shenandoah EstatesHope everyone had a great 4th of July! Time to get to business now! Due to the recent crimes and problems that are hitting our neighborhood , It鈥檚 time for EVERYONE to come together and work on solutions and make our neighborhood what it use to be! A great safe place to raise our families! The SHOA meeting is taking place on July 10th at 7:00pm at the Antioch BREC Park. I expect to see a big crowd and everyone coming in to discuss and work together to take our neighborhood back to what it can and should be! No more sitting on a keyboard complaining. Hope to see everyone there! 馃槂

I would propose a campaign to get everyone in Shanen- doah to join HO A so there would be more money available to cover additional sheriffs patrol after 10am. Home protection systems are great, but no substitute for the live police presence. If it means an increase in HOA dues, I would have no problem.

I totally agree with Jim. I鈥檇 be will to vote yes on in- crease in dues. The problem lies in that a lot of people don鈥檛 want to pay the $30. That鈥檚 a really low fee. If people really care then PLEASE help to get more pa- trols in this neighborhood. I love this subdivision and have lived here for 30 yrs. I do know it can be safer with Everyone helping.

We don鈥檛 need an increase, we need more than just the 300 something to actually pay dues!! Its $30!! That鈥檚 Really nothing when you consider what it鈥檚 for!

I paid my dues before the crime district was created, and stopped afterwards. The problem was I sent sev- eral emails asking questions about it and never once received a single response. I鈥檓 not sure if other people have had the same issue.

Well said Ladies. My family members live in neighbor- hoods where the HOA dues are $300 + per year. No one should have a problem with $30 per year.

I aid the dues until the HOA supported the sell of the Golf Course. Secondly we pay Crime Prevention dues, why would the HOA needed to pay additional dollars toward Crime patrols?

Let鈥檚 all show up at the meeting and get answers and work towards a better neighborhood.. unless I鈥檓 mis- taken we pay extra crime prevention tax and dues are not used for that.
