At Millfield, I am currently in the Upper Sixth studying
English Literature, Psychology and Music BTEC. There is
so much support from all my teachers across the range
of subjects and co-curricular activities that I take part in.
There are many workshops that I am able to attend and
my teachers are always willing to help me out and try to
challenge me in ways to help me achieve the best that I
can.

What I love about Millfield is the diverse community that
we have with students from all different backgrounds,
cultures and ethnicities. Millfield staff and students are all
so welcoming and accepting of everyone from all over the
world, which I have personally experienced from when I
joined in the Lower Sixth. Here at Millfield, all cultures are
celebrated in the best way possible making every student
feel accepted in the Millfield community.

Millfield constantly provides me with endless
opportunities. As a musician throughout the year I have
many opportunities to showcase my talent alongside
having amazing one-to-one singing lessons
twice a week to help me reach my music
potential. Being part of Millfield’s
Camerata, there are opportunities to go
to the incredible Wells Cathedral to sing
as a choir (an experience I will cherish
forever) and I am also given multiple
opportunities to perform in front of the
entire school.
