                                  Learners advance their espresso skills and deepen their understanding of food safety and
                                  contamination control. The course blends hands-on barista practice with essential knowledge of
                                  workplace hygiene, producing capable, safety-conscious hospitality staff.

                                  Students MUST have successfully completed u17285 within one year previously with ITS.
