                $342 PP           Essential training for future baristas and food handlers.

                                  Learners get hands-on with espresso machines, practising beverage preparation and safe
                                  food-handling techniques. They also explore the journey from bean to cup and learn about
                                  contamination control and hygiene standards required under the Food Act 2014. A highly
                                  practical entry point into the café or hospitality sector.

        BARISTA 101
                                  Level - 2 & 3   Credits - 7    Duration - 2 days
             FACE TO FACE
                $342 PP           Discover the art and science of coffee.

                                  A practical, two-day introduction to barista work — covering everything from coffee origins and
                                  bean production to espresso preparation and milk texturing. Learners gain hands-on experience
                                  producing quality drinks while building industry knowledge and confidence.

         NZQA units Included:
             17285 | 4 credits  Demonstrate knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment and prepare espresso beverages
                    (level 2) under supervision
