Salmon Salad

                  A fun take on tuna salad. Increase your  omegas and get in some extra
                  veggies!



                  Ingredients:

                  - 6-8oz salmon (grilled fresh or canned)


                  1 Tbsp Dijon mustard


                  2 Tbsp mayo or plain greek yogurt


                  2 cloves garlic, minced

                  ½ green pepper, minced


                  6 green onions, minced


                  2-3 tsp fresh dill leaves


                  1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

                  Salt and pepper to taste





                  Directions:

                    1. Cream together all ingredients.
                    2. For best flavor refrigerate overnight

                      to allow flavors to combine

                    3. May also make into 2 salmon burger
                      patties (about the size of your palm)

                      by sauteing in oil on the skillet.
