Chocolate Cake with Sweet Potato Frosting
We love this chocolate cake and think you will too! It is both healthy and decadent
and will satisfy your sweet tooth while providing needed fiber and protein.
Cake Ingredients: Cake Directions:
- 3/4 cup almond flour 1. Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl
- 3/4 cup coconut flour and set aside.
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder 3. Add all dry ingredients to wet ingredients
- 2 Tbs ground flax or 1 egg and hand stir until combined.
- 3/4 cup shredded unsweetened 4. Place in 9x13 pan or two 8x3 round pans
