Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
A gluten free version of a favorite!
Ingredients: Instructions:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
1. Combine coconut oil, sugar, vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
and eggs together in a bowl. Use a stand
-1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract mixer or hand mixer to blend ingredients.
- 3 large eggs 2. In a separate bowl, combine baking soda,
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
salt, and almond flour, mix well.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 3 cups almond flour finely ground
- 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips Incorporate chocolate chips.
Optional: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, or Nut of 4. Portion out onto cookie sheet and bake at
choice
350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
