Chocolate Mug Cake
Birthday in a mug. Perfect serving size for a mini celebration!
Ingredients: Instructions:
- ¼ cup flour 1. In a medium mug, stir all wet ingredients
- 2 Tbs cocoa powder together.
- ¼ tsp baking powder 2. Stir in dry ingredients until well combined.
- 1 tsp sugar or honey 3. Microwave for about 70 seconds.
- Dash of salt
- ¼ cup + 1 Tbs milk of your choice Optional Toppings: 1 Tbs peanut butter, nutella, or
- ½ tsp vanilla cool whip OR fresh fruit OR nuts.
- 1 Tbs oil
